Program Fees include: airport pickup & drop-off service, 3 meals and an evening snack per day, 24-hour care and supervision, English classes, outings, activities, overnight trips, transportation, souvenirs, report card, certificate, medical insurance, and university residence accommodation. Accommodation is included from the Sunday before the first day of class, to the Saturday after the last day of class. Additional days will be charged at $100/day depending on availability.

Fees do not include: air travel, unaccompanied minor service fee.

Day Program is available for students who do not need residence accommodation. Students will participate from Monday to Thursday (9am-4:30pm) and Friday (9am-12pm). Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from UBC each day, as well as to and from the airport. Day Program fee includes all weekday English classes, outings, activities, lunch from Monday to Thursday, transportation, and medical insurance.

Withdrawal refund:
• Written notice received on or before May 16th, 2008, 90% of the fee paid will be refunded.
• Written notice received after May 16th, 2008, 75% of the fee paid will be refunded.
• Written notice received after June 6th, 2008, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.
• No fee will be refunded after June 20th, 2008.
