The city of Vancouver is the largest city in the province of British Columbia and the third largest city in Canada. Located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Vancouver borders the United States of America and has coasts along the Pacific Ocean. Stanley Park, located in downtown Vancouver, is the jewel of the city. The park was named after Lord Stanley who also contributed his name to the National Hockey League's grand trophy, the Stanley Cup.
