How to Apply
We know that finding the right school is not easy. For such an important decision, a lot is at stake. At the same time, we are searching for students and families who can bring their energy and strong belief in our school vision. Our admissions team is here to help you ensure that Bodwell is the best fit for your child.
When should I apply?
Our main admission times are in September and February, in addition to three auxiliary admissions (November, April and July).
Regular admission typically closes two months prior to the semester, and rolling admissions are subject to available space. Applying early is advised.
For any questions, please reach out at admissions@bodwell.edu.
Academic Calendar
The Bodwell Advantage
Students take 5 courses each Fall and Spring Semester and one optional in July to complete up to 11 courses per year. Most other schools only offer 8 courses per year. Each semester, there are countless extracurricular opportunities to build a robust university application, including in our Real World Academies.

Our One Semester Experience is also available to those seeking a short-term study program.
Semester breaks: Boarding stays open
During the two week break in December and a 10 day break in April (note: From Fall 2027, we will change to a two-week break in March), students have the opportunity to stay in boarding for a complete program of activities and outings.
Students have options for a one month or two month summer holiday. Students who choose not to take a July course have a 9 week summer holiday through July and August.
Key Dates for Registration
Early application ensures sufficient space for qualified Canadian and International students.
For international students, we recommend checking for Canadian Study Permit processing times to ensure the smoothest registration process. More information is available from the Government of Canada here.
