Even bright, motivated students can struggle to reach their full potential if they don’t have the right environment. Without structure, high expectations, and meaningful support, they may lose focus, fall short of university goals, or feel disconnected from their school experience, especially if away from home.At Bodwell, we offer a full framework to support ambitious students. Personalized advising, language development, academic coaching, wellness and emotional support, and future planning are provided, all within a diverse and purpose-driven school culture. Whether for day or boarding, local or international, every student is challenged to grow intellectually, socially, and personally.

Tutoring and Study Support

Study Hall is required in the evenings for all Grade 8–9 students and for many senior students. Those with exceptional grades or an approved alternative study plan may apply for an exemption. Tutors are onsite to provide support across a wide range of subjects, both in group settings and through scheduled one-on-one sessions.

A Team Available Around the Clock

Supporting our students extends beyond academics. Bodwell offers a dedicated team to care for every aspect of student life:

  • Counsellors: Available for daily guidance on academic and personal matters, helping students navigate the high school journey with confidence.

  • Advisors: Each Boarding Hall is managed by two advisors. Many have lived or worked abroad and bring valuable experience working with diverse populations. They understand the challenges of boarding life and provide empathetic, practical support.

  • On-Site Nursing Team: Ensuring health and well-being are always prioritized.

  • Campus Live-in Staff: We have 8-9 key staff and their families living on-site, providing support whenever it’s needed.
