We value diversity, and teachers need to be culturally-sensitive and demonstrate a high level of compassion and flexibility to teach in an ethnically-diverse classroom. We adopt a student-centered approach inside and outside of the classroom. Teachers need to communicate and work closely with a team of nine multilingual school counselors.
